hi folks so I've got another sample for you um just losing my headphones there sorry about that um but this is a music therapy sample and this is my latest release this is for self-hypnosis techniques using Rife vibrations frequencies you might may or may not be able to hear the frequency I do try and disguise them with my music but um sometimes you can hear it and that may or may not be annoying to you I'm not going to give away a huge chunk of it because actually the important bit of the vibration the bit that heals acne and eczema and other skin problems is the frequency and the frequency stays constant all throughout the whole piece so the piano changes and later on in the piece I use choir and and I use water sounds all the way through as well it's very hypnotic scent it's very calming actually so you know if you just had 10 seconds of it but you put it on a loop you would actually have the whole piece that I'd done do you see what I mean um however I did actually change it up halfway because I introduced lots of vocals and because I liked his humming in my healing therapies and it was kind of sort of I suppose a Melody where there is no Melody the human ear is really very good of the brain rather that's the brain that does it the ear hears things but the brain makes sense of it you know when you listen to songs and you're not sure what the words are so your brain just makes them up happens with artwork actually as well when you look at a piece of art if if you've got a head and some feet you just make up the body you know you imagine an abstract piece for example just imagine it there you know or perhaps in a totally abstract piece you start seeing you know figures and faces things like that we're really good at that um anyway this is for this beauty skin music therapy it is available already on Prime Amazon Prime it should be any day out on YouTube they're a bit delayed for some reason and so is iTunes Etc but it's out on Amazon Prime so you can actually if you've got you know an Alexa you can listen to the whole piece it's 10 minutes long it's a really lovely therapy and just lie back and let's play it in the background and we'll talk about it I'll bring it in a little bit quietly so yeah these are based on the rife resonances and I should wear my headphones so I can hear um and there we go that's better and there they use these frequencies which alter at a molecular level cells so they alter the theory is and this is largely unproven but it's not disproven and that's the important thing um the idea of them and it's a really good idea to investigate but even if you don't believe fully in the power of frequencies just lying back and just listening to these frequencies and what I've done with the sound effects and the music is so incredibly beautifully calming and it's really good for all the tales you know anxiety and not being able to get to sleep or you know if you can grab 10 minutes in the office to play this music um I believe and I use it always I do believe in my therapies and I just know for a fact that just the act of calming myself improves my skin anyway um so even if it's nothing to do with the frequencies there is so much benefit in exploring these alternative medicines and I think that's true of all alternative Therapies so I'll leave you with um so of this and you can use this for personal use obviously and yeah enjoy it guys and if you like it and you like all the resonance therapies that I've done there's a YouTube um playlist that I've done for a couple actually so if you just go to music therapy Town Center club on YouTube you will be able to find us okay so enjoy friends thank you foreign
